Fiona Segasby Counselling and Psychotherapy
Fiona Segasby MBACP
Relational Integrative Counsellor
I am a Registered Member of the BACP and hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Originally from the North of England, I moved to London 20 years ago following the completion of my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology.
While in London I worked within the world of talking therapy and mental health since the early 2000's, enjoying a varied and fulfilling career supporting those wishing to address substance misuse & addiction.
In 2010 I took a career break to raise a family. Once I felt the time was right, I pursued my dream of becoming a professionally qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor.
Since completing my Counselling training I have now moved back to the North West and have settled in North Wales. And this is where you find me today.
My private practice is in within easy reach of Chester, North Wales and surrounding area.

Relational Integrative Approach
Creating a safe space where you can feel supported and heard
My work is informed and influenced by Person-centred ideology, Psychodynamic principles and Attachment Theory.
I value you as an individual, understanding we are all unique and I believe that thinking about past experiences and early childhood relationships can help make sense of current feelings, experiences, relationships and difficulties. Working collaboratively and adapting to your needs, I hope we can build a trusting relationship where I offer a safe and discreet environment from where to explore the difficulties you are experiencing.
Please get in touch and we can discuss how I may be able help you.
I offer open-ended and time limited therapy.
I am currently working remotely and can offer appointment online using Zoom.
Please ask me about my concessionary

Love yourself.
Enough to take the actions required for your happiness. Enough to cut yourself loose from the drama-filled past. Enough to set a high standard for relationships. Enough to feed your mind and body in a healthy manner. Enough to forgive yourself.
Enough to move on.
